Welcome to Drop. By using this service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Drop is a temporary file-sharing platform. Free users may upload files up to a per-file size limit and are subject to a total storage cap and retention period. Premium users receive larger limits and longer retention while their subscription is active.

2. Acceptable use

You may not upload, store, or share content that:

• infringes intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploits minors;
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt our service or our users;
• violates applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.

3. Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in EUR and paid in cryptocurrency. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment is missed, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period and then expires; files exceeding the free storage cap are removed (oldest first).

4. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that files will be retained beyond the stated retention windows. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for ordinary negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, excluding conflict-of-laws provisions.
